IABA Home Show

The IABA's Home Show is the only annual home show in the area and kicks off the building season every spring. The show attracts nationwide businesses, with over 170 vendors and 3500+ attendees and is the largest Home Show in the state.

From financing to new construction to remodeling to refurnishing... it's all in one location. You might opt to have face-face time with potential clients at your tradeshow booth. Your business can increase traffic with giveaways on the show floor, and a demonstration or workshop at this incredible event goes further than any other form of advertising.

IABA Parade of Homes- TBD

Our annual Parade of Homes showcases the latest projects and technology, outstanding home designs, styles and new technologies available to home buyers and builders in the Interior.

Consider promoting your business in one of the Parade Homes during the event with your flyers, business cards, product information, or in-person demonstrations. And, our beautiful magazine, radio, and news press coverage will ensure your advertising will be seen and heard!

This tour attracts enthusiastic visitors who look forward to meeting face-to-face with builders and asking questions as they explore beautiful new homes.

IABA Home Construction Directory

Our directory is a valuable business resource guide to the members of the IABA.

This is the book builders use when they source a subcontractor and the public will use when seeking services and products for their home projects.

We release the HCD at the IABA Home Show to over 3500+ attendees and circulate our directory throughout the year to 4,000+ residents of the Interior.

IABA Alaska Built. Golf Tournament

The IABA Golf Tournament is a well-attended and loved event, open to all players- Members and Non-Members alike.

The event, as all golf tournaments are, is a great networking opportunity in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Players arrive to receive goodie bags filled to the brim, then compete for hole-in-one prizes, cash awards, and recognition for their incredible golf skills. After the tournament, an awards reception includes lunch and drawings for great door prizes. IABA chooses a local organization that will receive a donation from funds raised at the tournament.

IABA General Membership Picnic

The IABA hosts a general membership picnic to kick off the building season. Come by with your family and enjoy some BBQ and perhaps participate in some fun activities!

Spring and Fall Cornhole Tournaments

The IABA puts on a spring and fall cornhole tournament hosted by Florcraft Carpet One and Spenard Builders Supply. The tournament is directed by The Fairbanks Cornhole Association.

This is a fun and highly competitive tournament. All members are invite to attend. We can only accept 18 teams so when registration opens- get your teams in ASAP. IABA chooses a local organization that will receive a donation from funds raised at each tournament.

The top three teams will receive a cash prize.
