About the Event
You asked for local continuing education – and we deliver! Our upcoming seminar aims to increase awareness of energy programs and products available to builders, realtors, lenders, appraisers, and homebuyers in our area. This event is a product of the May 2018 Appraised Value Live Webinar, offering local appraisers, realtors and builders an incredible opportunity to earn CEUs and become Green Certified while avoiding costly travel and education fees. Sandra Adomatis joins us in-person to deliver back-to-back courses on energy valuation.
The event will kick-off with a Stakeholder Reception facilitated by Adomatis, where key Lenders, Realtors, Builders, and Appraisers work together to further discuss the appraised value process for an energy efficient home and our “bill of rights.”
On March 29 & 30, the courses Introduction to Green Building and Case Studies in Appraising Green Residential Buildings are offered as a reduced-rate package for all attendees.
Sandra is an instructor for courses through the Appraisal Institute, a national speaker on Green and Energy Efficient House Values, a past president of the West Coast Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and a published author in the Appraisal Journal.
