About the Event
The Interior Alaska Building Association’s Home Show, sponsored by Alaska Ecowater and Renewable Energy Systems, will take place at the Carlson Center March 22-24. The 2023 event had over 125 vendors and nearly 4500 people in attendance. The show’s continued success attracts statewide and nationwide businesses alike and has become a major community event for people interested in every aspect of northern living. It is the only home show in Fairbanks and has become the unofficial kick off to spring and the building season in our community. From financing to new construction to remodeling to refurnishing…it’s all there in one location, on one floor, with lots of free parking. The event is co-sponsored by Alaska Housing Finance Corporation, Cold Climate Housing Research Center, and 3-Tier Alaska.
Seminars and hands on demonstrations take place throughout the weekend. From home loans to how to build an energy rated home. If your company has a topic or demonstration to present time slots may be requested by contacting KO Productions at least a month prior to the show.
