3/17/10 Floodplain Management In FNSB Doug Sims Beginning this year the FNSB will begin to more diligently enforce Title 15, the FNSB Flood Plain Ordinance. This means that prior to any construction in a flood plain you must obtain a floodplain permit. Find out more about the How, Where and Why of this process before it affects your building season.
